Our Policies
Our cancellations/no show policy
As we are an independent hair salon the effect of no shows and late cancellations has a severe impact on our ability to earn a living.
We kindly ask you to please give atleast 24 hours notice of cancellation-this way we can try and fill your appointment without our diary’s having an empty space in it.
Any colour and cut cancellations within the 24 hours notice period will be required to pay 50% of there service.
For all services card payments/bank transfers are preferred.
Our Skin test policy
Important:
For your safety, we require a patch test to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment if you’re having a colour service. Please book your allergy test in advance to ensure your appointment can go ahead as planned.
